Elizabeth Warren has a tough time keeping her stories straight. This is most likely due to the fact that she appears to change her history to appeal to whoever she’s talking to.
During her campaign, Warren has told numerous stories, but it’s this recent fib that has her in a little bit of trouble amongst people who value honesty.
While trying to appear the victim, Warren claims that she was the victim of discrimination in the workplace when she was a teacher.
For months, Warren said that she lost her job as a teacher when she became pregnant, but it turns out that, once again, Warren wasn’t telling the truth.
According to her own words, Warren didn’t have the credentials to continue teaching, and was only allowed to teach because of an emergency certification.
“I did that for a year, and then that summer I didn’t have the education courses, so I was on an ’emergency certificate,’ it was called. I went back to graduate school and took a couple of courses in education and said, ‘I don’t think this is going to work out for me,’” she said in a 2007 interview at the University of California, Berkeley.
Now, to seem more appealing to the “woke” culture, Warren says that she was the victim of discrimination.
“All I know is I was 22 years old, I was 6 months pregnant, and the job that I had been promised for the next year was going to someone else. The principal said they were going to hire someone else for my job,” Warren told CBS on Monday.
“When someone calls you in and says the job that you’ve been hired for for the next year is no longer yours, ‘We’re giving it to someone else,’ I think that’s being shown the door,” Warren added.
Once again, Warren doubles down on her lie as opposed to just saying “sorry.” That didn’t work out so well with Native Americans…
