Democrats on the judiciary committee have no interest in finding out the truth. Instead, they want to make Brett Kavanaugh out to be something he’s not.
This is evidenced in how the Democrats continue to say that “this is a job interview.” In their world, this puts the burden on Kavanaugh to prove his innocence, when that doesn’t fly in a court of law.
Senator Lindsey Graham took to issue this notion of Kavanaugh’s confirmation process being “a job interview”, asking what kind of job interviews a candidate this way?
“This doesn’t feel like a job interview,” an outraged Graham said. “This feels more like hell.”
Graham went on to call out his Democrat colleagues, saying that when Justice Sotomayor had her hearing nobody on the Republican side was lashing out like you see today.
“If you want due process, you came to the wrong town at the wrong time, my friend,” Graham said to Judge Kavanaugh. He then goes on to compliment Kavanaugh, saying that his “integrity is absolutely unquestioned.”
Graham didn’t stop there. He went on to acknowledge that Kavanaugh has demonstrated being a great father to his daughters. “You raised your daughter to be the kind of person to pray for Dr. Ford,” Graham said.
Obviously the Democrats are doing everything they can to prevent Kavanaugh from being confirmed, and Lindsey Graham (as well as many others) has had enough of this “sham” of a process.
“This is the biggest sham of my career,” said Graham. “What you want to do is detroy this guy’s life, hold this seat open, and hope you win in 2020.”
“You said that, not me,” Graham said, pointing to his Democratic colleagues.
Buckle up folks. It seems that the days of “they go low, we go high,” are over for Democrats. There isn’t a lie they aren’t willing to tell so long as they get their way.
