Hunter Biden never expected to find himself in the center of an impeachment inquiry, and now the son of the former vice president is coming forward.
In an exclusive interview with ABC News, Hunter Biden was asked a plurality of questions that would definitely not be considered “soft ball”.
The president has been extremely critical of the media’s lack of investigating the Biden, going as far as saying they are “defending” him in a tweet yesterday morning.
I must admit, I thought that this interview was going to be a breeze for the younger Biden. Many conservatives believe the media is trying to cover for “Sleepy” Joe, but this interview definitely does no favors for the candidate.
In fact, I’d go so far as to say this interview might have single handedly ended the Biden campaign. Yes, I made that claim following Trump’s speech in Minnesota, but I didn’t anticipate the left allowing Hunter to speak.
He did, and boy did he reveal a lot.
One of the biggest things he admitted to was that much of his success could be attributed to being a Biden.
“I think it is impossible for me to be on any of the boards I just mentioned without saying ‘I’m the son of the Vice President of the United States.'”
Further questioning into his board position on Burisma revealed that Biden was not alone in his lack of Energy experience, which begs the question “exactly why were they on the board?”
“I think I had as much knowledge as anyone else on the board,” Biden responded when asked about his knowledge of Ukraine and natural gas. “If not more.”
When the subject of money came up, the younger Biden became defensive, telling the ABC reporter that he “doesn’t have to sit here” and talk about his financials.
Biden then admits that he probably would not have been put on the board of a billion dollar Ukrainian energy company if he wasn’t Joe Biden’s son.
Did Hunter Biden just ruin his dad’s chances in 2020?
