With all the news about Brett Kavanaugh’s allegations one would think Democrats actually care about women. Tragically, nothing could be further from the truth.
No, this isn’t about Bill Clinton and his wife dragging women through the mud in the 90’s (and the rest of their political careers). This is about how the DNC is chaired by a man who beats women.
Kieth Ellison, the deputy chairman of the DNC, has been accused of beating his ex-girlfriend, but unlike Kavanaugh’s accuser, she isn’t waiting 30+ years to tell her story.
This week Karen Monohan, Ellison’s former girlfriend, released a 2017 medical document in spite of her fear of retribution from a man who has already demonstrated a willingness to harm her physically.
The document, dated November 28 2017, said that Ms. Monohan was being treated for anemia, which she attributed to the stress of being in a relationship with Ellison. Funny how you don’t hear about ANY of this in main-stream media, but that’s what happens when they are in bed with the DNC.
“She states that she was in a very stressful environment for years, emotional and physical abuse by a partner with whom she is now separated,” said the clinic’s progress notes. “She did not have any physical injuries that required a physical examination in the past.”
“She identifies the individual she was involved with as congressmen Ellison, and she is worried about retribution if she identifies him publicly.”
While Democrats say that “we need to believe women,” they are still siding with their man Ellison. Why? Because he’s got a (D) next to his name. Isn’t it funny how that works? And here I thought the DNC was the party of women… How foolish I was.
Ellison, who has denied any wrongdoing (of course) said “Karen and I were in a long-term relationship which ended in 2016, and I still care deeply for her well-being… I never behaved in this way, and any characterization otherwise is false.”
Again, I thought we were supposed to believe women no matter what? I mean, if we are to believe 35 years after the fact that Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted a girl while in high school, shouldn’t something that allegedly happened in the last year have more credibility?
As usual, democrats prove that their rules always “apply to thee, not to me.” How’s that for hypocrisy?
